Electrolytic Cleaning

  • A process to remove contaminants such as oxides, hydroxides, and oils electrically attached to the surface by setting the product as a cathode or anode

Rinsing

  • A process to remove residual chemicals adhering to the surface of the coated material after degreasing

Activation

  • A process to remove the fine oxide film and passivation layer remaining after rinsing.

Tin Plating

  • A plating process with low toxicity that does not discolor in the air and provides excellent corrosion resistance. In the case of tin, it is especially used for corrosion prevention and shine on copper materials due to its attractive color.

Neutralization

  • A neutralization process conducted to remove acidic substances remaining on the plated surface after plating, preventing discoloration of the plated surface.

Drying & Packaging

  • Drying: A process to remove any remaining moisture from the product after plating.
  • Packaging: Packaging with plastic to prevent scratches and provide cushioning.
